- Learn how to effectively self-soothe and relieve stress whenever you need it most

I will teach you incredibly potent transformation techniques, but to see the best results you will need to become your #1 priority and do the practices.

The principles taught were easy to do and they hold an incredible power. I feel so different now, more confident, calmer and happier. “I give this course top marks! The quality of teaching is superb and the resources are exceptional and relevant. It is an inclusive environment which fosters the curiosity and deepens knowledge. I found it not just informative, but also transformational in the way I now think, react and connect with others. Over the five sessions I found techniques which I could put into practice throughout daily life and see positive results from.
- My thoughts and responses have changed. I am able to reflect on things more readily and see past fleeting emotions to gain a more holistic appraisal of my situations.
- I am able to build in structured time, to allow myself ‘me time’ where I can meditate and use guided writing practices on a daily basis.

“The ‘Help Yourself to Happiness’ course seemed the next logical step for me after I had attended the weekend retreat, even though I was not comfortable with taking part online.

“Taking the happiness course was a wonderful experience filled with a real mixture of teachings and plenty of real experiential practices to actually put into practice in our own life. Kamila beautifully guided us through each week and shared great tools for essentially living a more conscious life. We were given a wide selection of tools and encouraged to use which ones resonated with us at the time, there is a real bank of tools within the course for other times too.
The journey through this course for me was really transformational regarding mindset, as it really got me to see where I had been self sabotaging myself and where I had been operating from a negative mindset and what areas within my life needed to change. I guess in essence taking a happiness course got me to see all the barriers that I had to happiness. The great thing was that this course not just raised our awareness, but actually gave us tools. We were guided to work inwards to discover the answers and move forward with the insights by taking action on what we were learning.
Kamila guides you through so beautifully creating a safe space and support whilst you walk through this journey. The group support is wonderful too and it is great to journey together with others supporting and inspiring each other throughout.
