Between the meditation practices I usually read inspiring quotes and poems. Sometime we meditate with background music and other times in silence broken only by bird songs from the garden.
At the beginning of the day we always spend a bit of time setting the intentions for the day and at the end of the day there will be time for reflections, questions and sharing of experiences for those who feel like it. There will also be some time for questions after lunch.
Other parts of the day will be silent to facilitate the deepening of our meditation practice and taking a real break from the business of everyday life. If your intention will be to really connect with your Inner Self, you will not need to interact with other participants.
What Previous Attendees Say About My Retreats

“I found this retreat really helpful and it felt like a good continuation of the Happiness Course. The setting was wonderful and Kamila is a gifted facilitator. I that what I have learned and discovered can only advance my life further. I found ten movement exercises very powerful, and was unprepared for and overpowered by the cathartic outcome of them. Thank you! I also liked the chakra meditation!”
~ Sarah
“I was apprehensive before arriving at The Hollies as I do not have much experience with practising mindfulness and meditation. However, I found the retreat to be so rewarding. It was a wonderful experience to share and connect with the other attendees and Kamila was an excellent guide throughout the practises. I left with a feeling of calm and excitement for the future and was able to let go of my anxieties. Everything was perfect. Thank you”
~ Sarah
“I feel different now. More relaxed, calm and open. The retreat provided me with insight and direction. I enjoyed meditating in a group. I really enjoyed movement exercises. I give it top marks! Thank you :)”
~ Barry
“It was 10 out of 10. It has given me a chance to explore my thoughts and feeling, my highs and lows, and gave me a good look at my life. I enjoyed the people in the group and the empathy and connection I felt with you and them. I loved the dancing and the yoga too”
~ Suzi
“I came to this retreat without any expectations…It was amazing to experience my thoughts consciously, and notice how some upset me straight away and others uplift my mood. By the end of the retreat, my thoughts were a lot quieter and I had control over them.”
~ Madara
