I have done a number of Kamila’s mindfulness events now and I love her and what she does
“A wonderfully therapeutic day. I arrived at Kamila’s beautiful apartment feeling overwhelmed with anxiety and deep tiredness. The practices she led us through with her magical, healing voice, quickly lifted my sense of heaviness and stuckness. My intentions for the day were to find calm and clarity. I definitely travelled quickly to a sense of clear-headed lightness. The venue brings its own therapeutic value – it is a beautiful, light, spacious place with views of trees and greenery from each large window. You feel heard by the trees.

Lunch was a delicious and nourishing vegetable curry that felt therapeutic to all my senses. I have done a number of Kamila’s mindfulness events now and I love her and what she does. This was the best possible way to spend my weekend. Thank you so very much Kama ♡ xxx”

Kamila is clearly a very experienced practitioner in this field
“I booked on to this mindfulness retreat at a time when I felt I needed a little time to focus on me and the decisions I was making. The setting itself is wonderful, peaceful and green. I was welcomed into Kamila’s home and immediately felt relaxed. Each practice and part of the particular day had its place. Everything was explained and we all had time to reflect and share if we felt called to do so. We were encouraged to do what made us comfortable, get up when needed, drink when needed and keep tuning into our personal needs.

It was a lovely group of people and it was interesting to hear about others’ journeys and reasons for being there. Kamila is clearly a very experienced practitioner in this field and everything we discussed, and all the practices we did, resonated with me.”

What Previous Attendees Say
“Kamila’s retreats are enormously enjoyable and effective. Kamila leads in a gentle and encouraging way. I have found that taking time out to understand myself more, to understand what is really important in life, whilst meeting new and interesting people in a safe and nurturing environment has helped me develop as a person.”
~ Richard
“I felt unsure about mindfulness up to now, but this retreat has helped me to open to it. It had a very useful structure, good mix of talk and practice, and I really valued a space to reflect. I liked Kamila’s enthusiasm, flexibility to adapt to participants’ preferences and a wealth of knowledge in the area. It was very well presented, but the most useful part for me was seeing, hearing and working mindfulness”
~ Karen
“At the end of the day I felt such clarity and peace, and this poem came to me: …’ This feeling of calm and quiet is there for the taking, is within reach and is a gift of living…This feeling of calm and quiet feels exhilarating, feels real, feels necessary.’”
~ Joy
“Kamila’s retreats give me a chance to pause, to reconnect with mindfulness and nurture myself. They take place in a peaceful, safe space where it is good to share the experience with others. It always feels very supportive.”
~ Sally
“I’m not sure exactly how to describe the experience as it has gone so far beyond words. I loved that the retreat was freeform and moved to space for each one of our journeys as it unfolded. I was sceptical of the idea of oracle cards to guide me, but I found that having a direct question from which I could seek out my own meaning helped me feel connected to something higher than myself. This weekend it felt like we were using our own inner passion and burning desire for change to come together & allow our own lights to expand outwards and overlap and share.

As a whole we came to find connection and a breaking down of the loneliness of feeling like we are the only one. “Let’s burn stuff!” was definitely my favourite quote of the weekend. Something about making space for each individual to share their burdens & shackles & a common hope for freedom from letting go. The Mindful Walk in the middle of the day felt like an essential safe haven for me, my safe space with nature to pay my respects and find beauty amongst grief. I enjoyed this greatly. Goddess day was a lovely idea – I found it helpful as I was dealing with the disconnect between how I dress/appear & how I want to be. I found it helpful to be invited to be my true self. I had a lovely time and lots of fun.

I thoroughly enjoyed the 2 day retreat. The space is beautiful, relaxed, calm with plenty of seating. I enjoyed all the meditations on both days. It felt good to have different days – they complemented each other. With getting to know each other on the first day and more planning, thinking, reflecting on the second. It felt very easy to share. Everyone listened and it felt very non-judgemental.

The dancing on both days was great! I will do more (still correcting myself from need to will). Food was lovely, tasty and fresh. It was good that the days progressed to the group’s need rather than trying to fit in more. Thank you, I hope to come again soon.

“I felt at ease & comfortable as soon as I arrived. You made me feel very welcome and the environment was lovely & very related. The lessons were excellent & as a newcomer to a retreat I thought they were very well explained & easy to follow. I truly feel I’ll be able to take what I have experienced for the benefit of me now and in the future. I thoroughly enjoyed the session and would definitely attend another. Thank you ever so much”
~ Joe
“We danced, we moved, we meditated, we laughed & we cried. Kamila created the perfect environment for us to do this. Kamila has this amazing way of turning traditional thoughts & ideas on their head and guiding us to realise what is true in our hearts. Thank you again Kamila – I felt safe, appreciated, listened to, supported and guided.”
